Terms of Service

Payment is done in full once the commission is accepted via Paypal invoice. If you are unable to use Paypal due to country restrictions, let me know and we can work something out. If you change your mind before I am done with the art, you will recieve a partial refund based on how much of the piece I've completed. Finished pieces are not eligible for refunds.I will send frequent updates as more of the piece is completed. If there's something you don't like, please tell me as soon as possible so I can fix it! If you want a different pose, expression, or background from the one in sketches, you need to tell me early or I will be unable to fix it. Once the piece is complete, I will not do major revisions.I will not draw the following: loli/shota content, underage content, real people (unless granted explicit permission by said real person), incest of any kind, farts (scat and urine are fine i just don't wanna draw farts. idk man), feral animals. Feel free to request anything else!When commissioning me, please have at least one reference ready. This can be a Picrew, a drawing from another artist, or even a collage of photos that show your character's outfit, body type, skin color, etc. I'd prefer if the reference is not AI-generated, but something is always better than nothing.You may not use commissioned works for AI generation of any kind. For AI generation, this includes img2img, using it to train style/character models, etc.You must credit me if the commission is shared in any public setting. This includes use in icons, header images, videos, posts on forums/social media platforms/etc.
